|Roommate Needed (Port Chester, NY)
||[Jun. 18th, 2013|12:52 pm]
Looking for a roommate. It's a nice two bedroom apartment located in Port Chester, NY, right across the road from the Metro North trains to New York City. It's a generally quiet neighborhood with all the necessities within walking distance: grocery stores, laundromats, post office, etc. Recreational locations such as movie threatres, restaurants, flea markets, and shopping areas are also within walking distance or easily obtainable by bus or car. |
The apartment is fully equipped with all the necessities - kitchen and full bath. There are two of us currently living here, so upon moving in, rent, utilities, electric, gas, phone, internet, and television services will be split evenly three ways, which comes up to roughly $515 a month per roommate in the warmer months, and about $550 a month per roommate in the colder months when we are heating (fluctuating a little depending on the electric and gas bills). That cost includes all the above mentioned -- rent, utilities, electric, gas, phone, internet, and television services. Food is separate and non-communal, meaning each person is responsible for buying their own food. As a roommate, you'll have access to your own private bedroom and a large walk in hall closet. The living room is large, the bathroom is fully equipped with a full bath and shower, and the kitchen has all the necessities.
It's a safe, mostly quite area that's close to everything you need and all the recreation you can think of. If you can't find something to do in the immediate area, the Metro North Trains will get you to Grand Central Station in 40 to 45 minutes.
This space MUST be filled by the second week of July (sooner if possible), so if you are interested, contact me as soon as possible with any questions.
It's best to contact me by E-mail, as I diligently check it every day, and it allows me to go into more detail. firstname.lastname@example.org.
